It was wonderful. They took me in a little before my appointment and I was out in 45 mins. Very good service. Nice friendly staff. Will definitely be using again.

Service was quick. But the policy that you are required to have your health insurance card scanned, even though your eye insurance is a totally different company and even though you have no copay, a credit card or $200 cash deposit has to be put on your account until the insurance company pays their bill is preposterous! And I was not ordering contacts or glasses! So even if you have insurance that covers the entire visit, they wont see you without a cc or cash deposit....per patient! Not a good policy..... Definitely feels like money is more important than patients...

Dr.Michael is everything you would expect from a doctor.He is one of the finest. I highly recommend him to everyone I meet needing eye care. The medical technicians and office staff all compliment each other in professionalism.Thank you all.

Asheville Eye Associates know how to treat people. In a world nearly devoid of meaningful customer service these folks have it down. From the check in person at each office to the nurses and doctors all are warm and welcoming. I had my first cataract surgery recently and the team at the surgery center are incredible. Can’t wait to have the second one done in a few weeks. Great vision is just around the corner. I am so happy they have a location in my town of Franklin NC.

UPDATE:: My original five star review was three years ago. My experience as of late is no longer good. I would have given one star, but the doctor is still very good. My complaint is about the office staff. My appointment for today was made a year ago. Two days before my appointment I received an automated message with the time of my appointment changed. That annoyed me, but I went in at the newly appointed time. When I arrived, there was a long line of people waiting to check in. When I finally got to the front of the line, the receptionist was very rude. Been going here for years. Highly recommend.
