Most recent visit I lost my glasses and needed a new pair. Lachmi helped me pick out ones, I really like them and everything went smoothly and they are perfect. No issues with the delivery or lenses.

Worst progressive lens I've ever had - focal point is so narrow I have no prereferral vision and have to move my head to be directly aiming at anything I want to see. Very expensive (even with "insurance") and to add insult to injury they made a billing error that I contested and sent me to collections. The Dr. that did the prescription was fine, but get your lenses elsewhere!
I would definitely not recommend this place. They are all money hungry. They rushed me out within a minute. I waited half an hour post appointment time to even get seen, and when i was seen, they rushed me out. I was there for a medical examination but the dr didnt even touch eye. I was coming in for chronic eye pain. And she kept emphasizing the expenses of medical appointments but would do the actual job to check the eye. I felt very rushed out. Considering i waited almost an hour, they do not provide quality service. Do NOT recommend.
If you were told at this practice that you are getting cataracts in your eyes immediately consult with an eye surgeon. I was struggling with cataracts for about three years(without seeing my medical records from there, ) I felt like I was a danger to other drivers it had gotten that bad. It was so bad. When I finally got the ok to see a surgeon, he pretty much told me that I was beyond ready and an eye that I was told was just getting started needed to be done as well. I had made multiple driving errors like not being able to see turn lanes not being able to judge to see how close cars were to me when I pulled out. It was bad. But I was repeatedly told I was not ready yet.
Had a great experience with Dr. Nasir! He was super professional and thorough during my exam! Definitely a great listener and problem solver. Felt super heard during my visit. & Joanne was so helpful with my finding best options for my contacts & frames. Thanks guys!
