I have been with Atlantic Eye for 2 years now and I highly recommend. Appointments run efficiently and the staff are always personable and kind. The doctors are friendly. Most importantly, my eye exam is thorough and my glasses are just right. I feel very confident in the care provided here.

Each person with whom I dealt——checking in, preparing for doctor, escorting me in to see the doctor was gracious, friendly, seemed to like being there and doing what they did! Dr. Duss was attentive, answered my questions, and assured me that my eye (cataract surgery) was healing nicely. He also explained in more detail when/where I should wear each pair of protective glasses, which was helpful.
Got a case of shingles and by the time I needed critical info about lessions near my eye it was Saturday! I left an emergency note with their weekend call service and one of their Doctors called back shortly. He delivered critical info and set up my antiviral meds and topical eye cream to get me through to Monday when they got me in for an exam. Everything's fine but their responsiveness was very reassuring. All the staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Great service!
bunch of staff buzzing around each other not doing much of anything while appointments sit 20 + minutes past their time with no communication about why. When asked how late they planned to be for my 8:05a app of course they came back with the only reason they could "an early emergency" knowing it would be confirmed and shouldn't be questioned by a decent person. Then just for fun they tell you that you are being dilated 6 months after just getting that done. No and a reaction to motion sickness patches that dilated pupils is the reason for my vision change and apt. WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND TRUST IN A MEDICAL PROVIDER. Totally worth the hassle of finding a new eye doc!
The fist contact, young girl at the front counter put me off a bit. But then I heard her getting instructions and advice from the co-worker also at the front desk, so I assumed she was new and hadn’t hit her stride yet. But everyone after that radiated confidence and proficiently and great customer service! Loved Dr Duss. He explained clearly in terms I could understand what was going on with my eyes. Then Katherine, who will Coordinate with Dr Sullivan, was stellar!
