I wish I could give more than 5 stars. After having been in the ER the night before and referred to another opthamologist, that opthamologist had concerns so referred me to Dr. Elkeeb who saw me immediately. I suffer from major anxiety and the compassion of the doctor and his staff is so above par of most medical offices. Dr. Elkeeb operates on the belief of his patients living their lives to the fullest without unecessarry restrictions. He answered any questions or concerns I have had and has reassured me that if any issues or concerns pop up before follow up appointments to call. He has the understanding that many times if there is anxiety it is eased by getting proper information and sometimes that can be fixed by just reaching out. From a medical aspect, the treatment I have received has been excellent. While I had not previously had the procedure Dr. Elkeeb performed, so have no comparison, my experience was pleasant and my condition improved. I will not hesitate to return for any retina issues in the future should they be warranted and I will refer anyone in need to his office with the confidence they too will receive the excellent care that I have received.

Dr. Elkeeb has provided extraordinary care to me and three of my family members over nearly ten years and more than a dozen surgeries. It’s hard to overstate the impact he has had on our lives, or the trust and respect that I have for him as a provider. I personally underwent ten surgeries, and at multiple points, other physicians recommended giving up. Dr. Elkeeb never did. His persistence, skill, and commitment are the reason I didn’t lose my eye completely. What truly sets him apart is not just his expertise, but how deeply he cares. Throughout a long and incredibly difficult experience, he made sure I was informed, involved, and treated as a true partner in my care. He took the time to explain everything, to listen, and to make sure I felt confident in every decision we made together. I wholeheartedly recommend him at his new practice. Anyone needing a doctor who’s not only skilled but also deeply invested in their patients will be in the best hands.

Dr. Elkeeb is brilliant! He has done surgery on me, my daughter and grandson. We have a genetic disease that very much impacts our eyes and complicates our care. He has led three generations of us from life impairing vision to seeing very well. He is the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever had, and I long for care like his to be the norm, not the exception. Honestly, in a critical situation, I would consider following him to Florida for care!

Dr. Elkeeb was my provider for over half a decade. He is truly one of the best! He has a gentle disposition that always put me at ease. He is empathetic towards his patients and took the time to answer any questions and hear all my concerns at every appointment. He's great at breaking down the medical terminology and explaining what is being done/why, which was so helpful. When I needed surgery in 2024, he took great care of me. Procedures were never pushed, but the pros and cons were explained, the level of necessity discussed, and he let me make the decision without pressure. He also encouraged me at every appointment to advocate for myself. Just an all around great experience having him as my provider!

I can highly recommend Dr Elkeeb! I saw him for 8 years for wet macular degeneration. He saved my eyesight with his proactive treatment. He is kind and compassionate and professional. He values his patients and treated me like family. One time he came to the hospital in the middle of the night to treat my eye infection! I’ve been seen by several retinal specialists over the years but Dr Elkeeb is the very best!
