Atrius Health Medford

My Dr.Nadereh Nasserhelali of Atrius Health in Medford Ma is a lovely caring Doctor! She takes her time to explain to me all about my medications I have to take! So lucky to have such a competent and wonderful Dr. “Thank you for all the support and encouragement you have giving me all these years Dr. “N” ! Polly G

Doctors are good but billing is horrendous! They charge on random items without notices and refuse to resolve the wrong charges with very bad attitudes. The most rediculous one is that I got charged with an annual physical with extra items out of scope of my insurance coverage - I mean, really? Extra charges on an annual physical? Please stay clear of this clinic until they get a change of billing system.

Very sad to say I’m super disappointed and disgusted with this practice. Myself and children have been patients with them for the past 12 years or so. My debit card was switched because of fraud and I never updated the payment thinking that it would auto switch over like it normally does with most vendors. They were calling me and it must’ve came up as spam because I didn’t answer it. I got no emails even though they told me they sent emails. Any other time for a test result or alert, I get emailed. If I knew my plan was going to be canceled, I 100% would’ve switched the card and got on a payment plan. I can’t even believe that they wouldn’t accept my payment plan and are terminating my care. Putting me in a situation that I have to scramble and try to find both myself and 7 &10-year-old a new provider after they’ve had Dr Barr since they were BORN!!! If you’re looking for anybody with compassion or organization, stay far far away from Atrius health. I will not recommend them and let everybody that I know to stay away. Not that they really care anyways, because it’s a greedy industry. They proved today that myself and two small children were nothing but a number. I would rate O stars on here if I could. I spoke to Kelly the director who told me there’s nothing she can do. Pathetic. Do better Atrius health.

Hannah Lejeune is an exceptionally attentive, well versed and caring Nurse Practitioner. She's thoughtful, cooperative, and involved. I highly recommend her for your primary care needs. She has 10/10 bedside manner, shes again very thorough to all my needs, Ive been suffering with certain problems for many years and she took care of it ASAP, she will takes care of you and does not beat around the bushes as many others do! I recommend Atrius Health for your PCP!! Hannah Lejeune NP is great for Atrius' business and I recommend my friends here

I lived in MA my whole life (up until 2024) I was receiving care there for many years.When I had moved,& requested my medical records be sent to me;they said they can’t do that.Also,not able to send them by email (even if I verified it was me) Literally just being difficult for no reason.. I even had doctors not take me seriously (Dr. Barr,& Dr. Nasserhelali) & just a lot of rude people.Would not recommend this practice
