We recently visited Dr. Perry B. Dinardo for our toddler’s appointment, and we couldn't be happier with the care we received. As a family who recently moved here from overseas, navigating the healthcare system and vaccine records can be stressful. Dr. Dinardo took the time to carefully review our history, ensured all our son’s records were accurate, and made sure we were fully up to date. Beyond her medical expertise, she has a wonderful bedside manner. She took the time to listen to all our concerns and thoroughly explain everything to us. Most importantly, she made our son feel completely comfortable, and he was happy throughout the entire visit. The nurse was also fantastic, very kind and skilled at administering the shots. We feel very lucky to have found such a caring practice!

Had a regular physical, but got asked extra questions which are considered 'out of scope' and received a bill for an extra office visit. Called the billing department and got yelled by a specialist "there's nothing we can do with it" to my question what did I get billed for and why? Escalated to Shannon, a billing dept boss, who said "we give you terms to read at check-in, and if you don't, it's your problem. The bills are patients' responsibilities". Never again, Atrius Health. I hope you read it before going there.
I've had no issues with the laboratory, ENT care, dermatology, or the other adult departments I've been to here. Only con is that I've had doctors who seem extremely strapped for time and I really have to prioritize what I can go over. Atrius wasn't like that 15 years ago.
Worst Atrius Health out of them all, Doctors are untrustworthy, nurses are rude, and the experience overall is just completely uncomfortable. Patient Relations is no better with solving these problems, or the issues wouldn't continue. They blame patients for not dealing with their staffs inappropriate conduct.
Terrible experience here today- was a bit late to an appointment, then the elevators were excruciatingly slow, the check in kiosk took 3x longer than a human would have to check us in, and signage was bad. By the time we got to the medical specialty desk (derm) they would no longer see us for the appointment. Pretty rough after taking time off work, school, and fighting traffic for 45 minutes to get to the office appointment, only to be charged at the kiosk and turned away at the desk.
