Hands down the BEST optometry office with the BEST optometrist and staff. Online booking was a cinch, and they were on top of following up on paperwork and insurance verification. Jed at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The tech (sorry, I don't remember your name ☹️) was also nice and efficient. But Dr. Josephine Do was beyond AMAZING! ❤️ The BEST bedside manners. She was easy to talk to and really took the time to explain everything. It was refreshing to have a doctor take the time to answer all my questions and actually care about me as a person. Thank you Dr. Do and staff!

This was a most pleasant experience! The young ladies in reception, were very personable and eager to accommodate. Dr. Josephine Do, is knowledgeable, patient, and delightful. Best experience I've had at an Optometry office in the Austin area, not to mention the location at the Arboretum is prime.

Very pleased with the service and expertise. This place is affiliated with LensCrafters so I wasn’t sure what to expect as I wasn’t planning to purchase lenses from them. No pressure experience with a thorough OD and friendly technician staff. After such a positive experience I will use this location for my routine eye exams moving forward.

Awesome experience from start to finish! Making the appointment was easy, all of the staff were excellent -- friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Do is wonderful. Just a great experience all the way around.

The wait time was around 30 minutes, which was a bit longer than expected. The facility could use some improvement in cleanliness and organization. The receptionist was polite, though the overall experience felt a little less welcoming and organized than I had hoped. The eye exam itself felt somewhat quick compared to other optometrists I’ve visited, and I would have appreciated a more thorough evaluation.
