1. Although I visited this place during very busy hours, the sales consultant spent good amount of time explaining the options available. I could see very good quality products and competitive pricing. Happy that I visited this place for sunglasses. 2. Got the sunglasses as promised within 7 days. Excellent support.

Costco carries unique products, like this flex hinge and flex nose piece. I can't tell you how many glasses I've destroyed by sitting on them. They also carry ultra high end brands like Versace, if you're willing to pay five hundred dollars for them
Shayna was so helpful. She helped me through multiple complicated quotes, was able to help maximize my insurance assistance, and was so friendly in the process. Thanks
Samantha saved my frames. Severely bent some frames I purchased here and she was able to get them back to new.
The most unfriendly and unwilling to help a customer optometry shop in Austin (maybe Texas even). Specially that dude who stands at the counter looking and behaving grumpy all day long. I am unwilling to buy their over priced and bad quality frames, I buy mine online and bring to them for lenses, which is a major benefit of the membership (mine is executive), this dude continues to tell me a sob story about how the frame needs to be a particular shape for their over worked lab technicians to work on it. I got to walmart, to target and no issues with the same frame he declines to take and put lenses in. Pathetic! Disappointing! @costco #costcooptometry
