Dr. Patel is an outstanding eye doctor. He is very caring and truly takes the time to find what works best for you. Appointments never feel rushed and you genuinely feel listened to and cared for. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the visit. I would recommend him to anyone, especially if you have ever had a negative experience at the eye doctor before.

Dr. John Whitney did an eye exam on my 15 year old yesterday. This man is a treasure. He was very kind and did a thorough exam. He then found an issue that requires follow up (possible Glaucoma). It is very treatable but could cause permanent damage without treatment. And there are no symptoms until later. He took me aside and explained a complex problem in a way to make me understand. If he had not been so careful in his exam and his TEACHING THE MOM... then I might have thought "Oh, this means if her vision gets worse it could be Glaucoma." He made it clear "This is not an emergency, but this requires follow up. This could cause preventable damage." Thank you for caring Dr. Whitney!

Very pleasant experience. This was my first ever eye exam. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. The doctor was very informative and was able to answer my questions and provide me with so much more knowledge about my overall eye health and not just helping me see clearer. I wasn’t pushed towards anything specific and was guided to what I had in mind pricing wise. Very personable staff. Great team 👍🏼

As always, great customer service. Everyone at the office very pleasant and helpful. The doctor makes you feel like he actually remembers the last time you were in the office, the way he talks to you during the appointment (obviously he's reading the record, but he talks to you in a more peesonable manner). They take good care of their patients/ customers

Ray went above and beyond helping me pick out glasses that will suit me perfectly. He made color and style recommendations based on the feedback I gave him. The check in process was fast and easy and the Doctor made my exam go very smoothly. I couldn't be happier with my experience!
