I was in a tricky situation where I needed new glasses to replace my broken ones urgently, and Auburn Vision Center saved me! Tracy was very kind in assisting with picking out frames and assuring me that she would help me out according to the situation I was in. I absolutely recommend this eye center. The Doctor who examined my eyes was able to answer every question and address every concern in a professional manner. His secretary was amazing and found me my perfect set of glasses. She was amazing and on point with size and shapes. Let's not forget all the extras that she informed me about! She answered all my questions about insurance and I will definitely go back! Try them out!
Its a small place but the staff and the Dr were very friendly and very informative. Dr.Mike Larson was very thorough and let you know if you had anything wrong with your eyes and what you needed to get for glasses or if you needed any other treatment. Tracey who had had helped me with finding glasses was awesome. She made you feel good about the glasses you chosen and if you had a really hard time finding a pair she had the knowledge of what you might like. She is very knowledgeable with how the insurances work and if you need any help she can help directed you to get any help. I would definitely recommend going to Auburn Vision center. Its a small place but they make you feel like family
Edited review: 2025 Last year was my first eye appointment with Dr. Larsen and it was great! Everything from Tracy setting my appointment to Mark, the optical technician helping me choose lenses and frames. It was excellent so l started to wonder would it be just as good this year as it was last year and the answer is absolutely yes. It's just as good as I remember last year if not better. I cannot imagine ever going to a different eye clinic. Thank you Dr. Larsen thank you Tracy and thank you, Mark. Last year 2024 was the worst eye doctor appointment I’ve ever had at My Eye Doctor in Sturbridge. This year I selected Auburn Vision Center and I’m really happy I did. All of their services from the appointment with Tracy, the visit with Dr. Larsen to Mark helping my wife and I both select glasses was smooth and easy. Walk in and immediately was getting yelled at in front of there rep. The lady “ client service person” is so mean and so rude that the Dr had to calm her down. I had gotten a prescription for classes and was looking for a certain frame and just wanted to look at there selection. The lady assumed I was on mass health and said they’re not gonna cover my prescription. Would not recommend, I never had a worst experience. She needs to learn people skills. I would give zero.
