Store manager M and Lee were very kind. He he allowed me to stay after closing to completes my purchase. Even helped me with fitting glasses into my budget because my insurance wasn't active. At my age (81) its welcoming to find good caring people. These were goos people. I thank you kindly.

I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters in Auburn. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They helped me find frames that fit both my style and budget, and the entire process—from my eye exam to ordering my glasses—was smooth and professional. I truly appreciated their patience and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and a great eyewear shopping experience.
I walked into LensCrafters and was completely dismissed by an associate named Matt. Instead of helping me, a paying customer who was standing right there, he chose to prioritize a personal conversation with someone else in line behind me, as if I was invisible. I waited and waited, and not once did he acknowledge me, offer assistance, or even make eye contact. This is absolutely unacceptable. I came in ready to spend my money and was treated like I didn't exist. Matt showed zero professionalism and zero interest in doing his job. If this is the standard of service LensCrafters is okay with, I'll be taking my business and my fat wad of cash somewhere that actually values customers. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
Given 1 star cause eye dr atleast gave me a new exam and acknowledged he screwed the first visit. And gave me some contacts for free. The lens crafter people didn't want to fix my lenses they missed up on, I paid almost 600$, and they wanted to charge me 400, to fix there mistake.. Hopefully they'll call me and make it right, shouldn't have to pay for your mistake. And they were very rude about it to.. and Matt you should be fired..
Unmatched experience at this store, especially after visiting multiple locations and realizing how welcoming, helpful, and attentive staff are here. A noteworthy mention for Chris, Claire, and Amelia who created an excellent experience for me through personalized frame recommendations, understanding cost breakdown and insurance coverage, and opportunities to smile.
