I love Reliant Medical Group. The ease of having my Primary Care doctor along with any specialist I might need in one practice is worth its weight in gold. Communication through MyChart works so well. And any questions or concerns I have, they respond quite quickly. Love it ! ! !
Today I went to Reliant medical group and I met with Adelaide Sefah She was absolutely amazing and listened to all of my concerns. I didn’t have to even ask for any specific labs because she already knew the labs that needed to be ordered. I went to the lab and I was in and out within 5 to 7 minutes of sitting down truly amazing and professional people work here and I’m very very thankful.
I still can not get over the level of incompetence here. Between Doctors continually canceling appointments (and reschedules taking 6-10 additional weeks), the rudeness of some appointment schedulers, and the heavy leaning of throwing pills at patients rather than treating the actual issue….I don’t know how this entity hasn’t fallen yet. Just an awful overall health care entity.
HI I had a phlebotomist at the auburn lab the last four times i've gone . he is the best ! very careful finding the vein , hardly any pain very professional .i don't know his name but my last time there was May 7 th afternoon.I highly recommend him. Thanks ,Alvin W
Love love love! Dr Houston is the smartest guy I have ever met plus everyone there that I deal with including the lab have always been kind and quick. I actually can not think of a bad thing to say or a bad experience I have had.
