Walked in and got signed in and got seen right away. Receptionists, nurse, and doctor were all great and attentive Felt welcomed and they sent my prescriptions right away. Got my prescriptions right away at the Walgreens 5 mins away. I'm not from the area but if I ever am and needed medical care, I know where I will be going.

I went in for my appointment yesterday to find out it had been canceled. I was never notified. The reason for canceling the appointment was because the doctor I was seeing, Garret Westman, wanted me to see my primary. While I would have loved to see my primary, her schedule no long works with my work schedule. She changed her days off.... So I had to make an appointment with another doctor, because I have been feeling ill for months now and have been unable to get in. The receptionist, Judy, and nurse, Kelly, I ended up seeing were great though. Even when I broke down sobbing, because I had waited so long for this appointment and was hoping to finally find some answers and relief. The solution was to send me to urgent care for the immediate symptoms and schedule me for another appointment with a different doctor.....in 2 weeks. 🙃

Made appointment for annual physical exam which is covered by my health insurance and got ripped off for $840?!?!? New patient fee no matter if physical exam was made? New patient fee if I was send to mammogram and blood exams on that appointment like it supposed to be on physical exams? New patient fee if I have left only appointment (with same doc ) for Pap smear on 7.28 because all other exams are already done? If I was told by your employers that I will be charged $840 for new patient no matter if I came for my annual physical exam I would never visit your office! And I will not come on any of my scheduled appointments in future and just find some other hospital with better communication skills unless you fix this!!!

I’ve had issues with various departments. Many issues related to VA paperwork. Audiology. Consistently told me they did not receive paperwork from VA. They had it for a month. I had to schedule my audiology at SSM. They called me the day my papers was sent to the,. Neurology. Was on their schedule for 8 months. They told me they were no longer accepting new patients after waiting for 8 months. Family practice. Would not help in sending info to VA so I could have a mammogram. Asked for routine annual bloodwork. Initially denied. Asked for imaging on consistent hip pain. Was denied. Still waiting for them to respond to VA. They consistently complain about needing to complete VA paperwork and discrepancies. Aurora consistently makes errors. Billing issues, losing paper etc. Risk mgmt isn’t helpful. What is the point of having a dept that is supposed to advocate if they fail to follow through. Behavioral Health Dept was a very poor experience . OB/GYN always been kind, compassionate and responsive. If organizations don’t want to deal with the administrative aspect of a veterans care then they should not accept veteran insurance or patients

Recently, I needed to be seen promptly, but couldn't get in for 3 months. I went with another provider and had a great visit. I was happy enough to schedule my yearly checkup, but not even 4 days later, I was told that appointment in 3 months had to be rescheduled since she was on vacation.... no joke! Then their collection department doesn't feel that $200 a month payments are enough. They are shaking me down for a payment well before I can get an appointment with my primary. I now understand why my mom will drive 2-4 hours depending on the location to be seen by a doctor at Mayo.
