Took my dad to the vision department with the request of an interpreter. Tho, that was accommodated, the tech, Sonya, was very rude and impatient with the interpretation process. She ended up leaving the room while the interpreter was still interpreting to my dad. I had to inform her that the tech was no longer present. Additionally, the tech kept asking me questions that were directed to my dad, as if I should know the sx. Terrible experience. Staff needs more training with diversity and utilization of interpreters.

This center seems unable to work with the elderly. The amount of times we have to advocate for our mother/attend appointments and make phone calls because they do not want to listen to her or believe her is absurd at this point. They are unwilling to slow down and explain protocol/options in a way that she can understand.

I hate their new phone system. Cannot connect to the actual doctor's office. I have been waiting over an hour for a call back. If it wasn't for Dr Patel and his nurse Heidi, I would be looking for care elsewhere. Not the same clinic it used to be.

I've been going to this clinic for several years. The people and Doctors are great. The facility is very good. Easy parking for handicapped, although they could use a few more spots. All in all. I've been very happy going here.
