I had a 10:35am appt. I wasn’t seen until 11:40am. And then I’m told I need to return to waiting room and they will call me back to discuss results. Nobody prepared me for this ridiculous delay in their horrendous over scheduling practice here. While I was here, more than a few people got up and left. I will be telling my primary doctor never to refer myself or anyone to this business. Terrible and no apology for their cavalier attitude about over scheduling. I was just called back at 11:52 and the associate apologized for the delay. 12:03 the dr came in.
