I had a wonderful experience at Balfour optical. Dr Hollingsworth was very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly put me at ease by answering all my questions. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming making the entire visit comfortable from start to finish. The staff were courteous, personable and helpful throughout the visit. It's clear they care about their patients and providing excellent service. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care in a friendly and professional environment.

I had such a great experience at my eye appointment. The doctor was absolutely amazing and took the time to truly explain what has been going on with my eyesight. In over 40 years, no one has ever explained it to me in a way that I could actually understand, and I left feeling informed and relieved. The staff was also incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. I’m so thankful for the care and professionalism I received. Highly recommend!

Dr. Schaeffer Is excellent. We have enjoyed the thoroughness of her exams and how well she communicates to her patients. She gets 5 stars. The eye glass department gets 1 star. This is the 3rd year we have had issues. The first 2 years we had issues with my glasses. I had to come back and get them adjusted. During that short time they had my glasses they lenses got scratched which used up one of my free replacement lenses. I didn’t scratch them the tech scratched them. The last 2 years I have had frustrations that the techs haven’t made sure that the glasses are the right size for 2 different children’s glasses. It wastes my time and money when they don’t check these things. It’s a basic check process that they are seriously missing on.

It was a fast way to do online before arrive to my son's appointment also did make a call to let them know we will get there kind of Lil late and inform them we re here. They did already receive registered it from me. Then we have a seat and wait for a call. Just a few min it's great on time. Everything went well and examining eye check and vision , work with him as of communicating about ABC or numbers to helpful with him. His doctor did check everything about his concern and tell you how well he have a improved better his eyes and change better lenses for him because it was a time up every years. Its very important. Thank you for being patiently with him and understanding ❤️. Also about the glasses it was the same day and double check the fitted.

This is a very professional place to go to for eye exams. Dr Hollingsworth and staff are kind and value your time. I’m glad to say there wasn’t a wait time for me and my lo. We were in and out in a timely manner and have enjoyed the experience. The equipment also does gentle air puff not the strong puff of air. Our family will miss Dr Fitch but we are in good hands with Dr Hollingsworth. He explains your eye health very thoroughly. Great experience.
