A vision appointment is generally a mundane thing. However, as a new patient, it was evident from the occasionally humorous questions in the initial paperwork to meeting the person behind those questions that this would be far more interesting than I thought. The staff was great. The doctor was hilarious. I can see better. You could not ask for more.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Balitski since before 2001. I had LASIK in 2016 and didn’t experience any issues until recently—nearly 10 years later. Without hesitation, my first call was to Dr. Balitski. The same friendly customer service, genuine conversation, and clean, welcoming environment are still there. After more than 25 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Have been seeing Dr Balitski since he was part of Knox optical at the Wash Crown Center. Very kind, professional and thorough. The office staff is great, very helpful when it comes to picking out glasses
