Not very happy with this eye center. Staff is good, anesthesiologist was great, but the ophthalmologist acted as though she was doing us a favor even seeing our loved one. I wouldn’t recommend. Go somewhere where the physician cares about the patient more than chatting up her coworkers about her vacation while examining an elderly person’s eyes.

If I could rate a zero, I would. 2 months ago my son was referred to them for an evaluation for lasik from his eye doctor. My son is legally blind pretty much without contacts or glasses. He has nearsightedness and astigmatism. His contacts were -10 so anyone who wears contacts knows how blind that really is. Fast forward to appt day and we arrive after driving 2 hours to find out he was to not wear contacts for 2 weeks prior and no one told us. The nurse was huffy about it and said let me talk to the doctor. She came back and said the doctor said to check his cornea thickness anyways because that would be fine and he would know if we could go any further. She did the test and came out to tell us his cornea was way too thin and script was too high. He would never be a candidate for vision correction at this time. She said if it makes you feel better, I’m not either with a high script. Yeah, that doesn’t make us feel better. We felt very defeated since his Dr thought he would be. After and hour of driving home, I decided to call TLC in Pittsburgh for a second opinion. They got us in the following week and within 20 min of testing said you are not a candidate for LASIK but you are perfect for PRK. They actually had an opening that day and it was done. It took 30 secs and he had his final appt today after a month for clearance. I’m happy to say he is seeing 20/15! He has worn glasses since age 3 so this is life changing. I called my eye dr to tell them what happened and to never refer to this place again. Clearly they should have known of other lasik procedures and that there were options.

I was there 15 minutes before my mom’s appointment. I wait for more than an hour. None of the employee call us. I talked to front desk they start pointing to the other area and I talked to them and wait for 40 minutes even no one called us. I have no idea why they set an appointment time if they don’t want to see in the time. Better they have to do ticket system by walking😳

Insane wait times. Had an appointment at 1 and waited over and hour. Asked what was taking so long and was told they were waiting for a room to open up. Absolutely insane. Why schedule so many appointments if you don’t have the room for them all? Highly unsatisfied.

Dr. Davis and the staff are wonderful. I was given an excellent exam & testing prior to my cataract surgery. I never had to wait long & everyone was extremely friendly. They answered all of my questions. The day of surgery went well. Very organized & they had a booklet with instructions for care after cataract surgery. There was even a sheet with times for your eye drops. I would highly recommend them for cataract surgery. Very well run & staff are friendly.
