Whoever the wonderful lady who assisted my son with his broken glasses 8/18/26 between 9 and 10 am is, she is truly an asset to your company. She went far above and beyond to help us. Kind, professional and fantastic at her job. We are very grateful.
Keira, the receptionist for the doctor, is an awful employee who will cancel your appointment the very second after you’re 10 minutes late. It doesn’t matter if there’s a major accident, act of nature or anything else. She’ll gleefully cancel it. Plus, she is rude and makes it difficult to reschedule. Everyone else that works there is kind and helpful.
Maria was the person who assisted me. She made my experience so easy and wonderful. Giving me the time of day and educated me on my options. Truly will be back
LensCrafters just lost a loyal costumer. Waited 2 months for appointments for my husband and I. Was 8 mins late to first appointment and was told only one of us would be seen because they were already behind ( which should not be costumers fault). We were within the late policy terms. So thanks for not having any courtesy.
LensCrafters was very helpful when I purchased my contacts and eye glasses. I was so happy with my entire experience there. Dr. Moffitt was an outstanding optometrist and was soft spoken and sweet. She took her time with my exam, which I really appreciated. I will request her in the future. Gena was the technician that helped me find just the right pair of glasses that looked nice on my face. I wanted color contacts this time, but didn't know what color to choose. Rachel showed me all of the colors and then brought out different colors to try on. She was so helpful.What an easy process it was this time compared to other vision centers. When my glasses came in, I asked for Gena again. She was able to adjust them and I was extremely pleased that they were so comfortable. The whole LensCrafters staff were so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.I will continue to go there. I'm sure you won't be sorry if you go there too. A+++
