My wife and I recently visited Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center for comprehensive eye exams and to obtain new eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, several staff members were rude, dismissive, and argumentative. When we tried to explain our concerns and ask questions, we felt that no one was listening. The biggest problem was that the wrong eye examination was performed. After the mistake was discovered, we had to wait more than an hour while the staff attempted to correct it. No one offered a sincere apology or took responsibility for the error. As senior citizens, we left feeling that we were not treated with the respect, patience, and professionalism every patient deserves. While I cannot say for certain, it certainly felt as though our concerns were dismissed because of our age. This was one of the most frustrating medical experiences we've had. We cannot recommend Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center based on our experience. If you're looking for an eye care provider that values communication, listens to patients, and provides respectful customer service, you may want to consider other options.

Dr Flores is absolutely wonderful. He's was caring and concerned with a diagnosis that I had received. He retested me and did not show the findings that I had previously been told. Eased my fears and I cant tell you how much I appreciate it

I had a pretty bad eye issue. I tried to get into three different places and the earliest one could get me in was two months. I went in to this office and they were fantastic. Dr. Mudie was able to treat me that day. I appreciate it so much that she walked me through the whole procedure step-by-step. Even though it was a very un-fun procedure, she made me feel comfortable.

I need a referral to go here. My doctor provided a referral. This office claims they have no such referral, yet are trying to schedule me for an appointment. My doctor's office showed me the actual referral and it's right there in my patient portal. Make it make sense, please.

Doctor and nurse were extremely rude My husband and I went in thinking we were getting an exam to also get our script for glasses because my husband can't see a normal eye doctor and they only did an exam for the health of our eyes and told us to go to nationwide. Tried to explain that my husband can't go there and they basically ignored me. I will not return and will not recommend.
