Excellent people. I didn't have an appointment but I had something in my left eye. Had never been a patient so they had to get me all set up. The entire experience was unbelievable. Great. Great people.
I am a long-time patient of Barnet Dulaney Perkins (Since 2001). Dr. Dulaney was my first doctor with the organization. The scheduled appointment time and the actual time to be called back has greatly increased since beginning with the organization. They have now lost me as a patient, since the attitude of Dr. Sipperly at the Lake Havasu office on the long wait time to be seen, was "I am the only Eye Surgeon within 200 Miles, deal with it". The office is no longer professionally run. It appears that all patients are booked to arrive at the same time. The excess wait time from appointment time to actual call back is consistent will all offices that I have visited which include, Parker, Lake Havasu City, Glendale, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. Prior to my appointment, I received a text from the organization that if I did not show to my appointment, I would be charged a $25 no show fee, yet when the office is late in bringing back their patients, there is no consideration given to the patients other than a halfhearted sorry.
My experience at Barrnet Perkins, was made plesant, and comfortable, thanks to fhe staff and doctors. I would have enjoying to stay until my treatment was complete, but my health insurance changed there areas So I had no choice. It was a great experience.
There was an issue with my appointment they had me seeing the optometrist instead of the retina doctor being I travel from bullhead they tried their best to fit me in which they did the doctor was personable and he explained everything the staff was professional great place
Quiet, clean, with very friendly & professional staffing thru out the positions in the clinic. Dr Senica is my favorite Dr in any medical capacity, he crushes it…. and is a genuinely nice guy(likes hot rods & manual transmissions too). Haha. Occasionally they are overbooked, so I try to schedule an early or late time for my appointment. 5 Stars all the way.
