Dr. Buckman is amazing.. along with Kimmie and the rest of the staff! Had an eye emergency and everyone was so great and professional. They made me have a wonderful experience even though I was not feeling wonderful! Highly recommend!

This place should teach the world about customer service!!! . I made an appointment there because my wife did and she was very pleased. I don’t do doctors. Eye doctors hospitals etc until I’m broken. I think most blue collar men are like that. However I made the appointment and arrived. I was greeted by Becky at check in. Very friendly and caring. I thought right away it can’t get any better than this, but it did. Once I waited the three minutes for my turn, I was greeted by Kimmie, she was so darn polite and kind. She did her job so efficiently I ask my wife is she the doctor? She laughed and said no. So I just knew that the problem would be the doctor. There has to be a problem somewhere. There has to be. We are taught that.. So Dr Buckman walks in introducing himself and acknowledging yo my wife he remembers her from her visit, and does a few test. Nicest guy ever then he says what everyone wants to hear.., I don’t see anything that you could need. I just said are you kidding me. He said I could make it just a smudge better but it’s not necessary.., how honest is that. At that point I thought I’ll have him look at my sunglasses because I feel like I need to buy something from him because he’s so damn honest… He checked my sunglass prescription I decided to buy new sunglasses so now I know the problem is not with the doctor. I still haven’t found the problem so after he got my prescription ready, he sent me out to Renee. She’s the lady you get to pick your sunglasses out with and get to order the glasses. I was so happy as soon as I picked out my glasses she went through all the work to tell me it would work and then she says you know I do have one other one that might work for you and she showed it. I mean, I loved it. It was less expensive. Who does that…? Just honest people her service was great. She spent her time with me. She explained to me I could not have been more happy so now I think OK I’m gonna have problems at checkout and that’s when I checked out with Liz. She took my credit card. She thanked me for my business. She asked us to come back. They made me another appointment all in all I’ve never been to a doctors office of any kind that I’ve received such great service. I think you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t visit this establishment thank you Dr. Buckman and to the Spectacular staff, you guys are the role model for efficient customer service.

Dr. Jackson Buckman provided me with excellent care as usual. He is top-notch, very knowledgeable- he explains everything thoroughly and with genuine kindness. His office staff is very friendly. Given their flexible appointments and no wait time, it's an experience I don't dread.

Becky and Abby were great for the front of the house assistance and The Dr is amazing and nice! Recommend highly!
