Bateh Eye Care

Eye care is the upmost important when enter the facility. Staff is polite, friendly caring. They take really good care of your eyes. So glad I choose them as my eye care doctors.

She wouldn’t tell me the prices of the glasses before I could decide which pair I would like. There is no way of telling which classes were covered by my insurance and she wouldn’t tell me how much money was covered by my insurance until after I pick the pairs of glasses out also I Had eyes dilated During the eye exam and there was no protection given to me when I left the office I could hardly see you drive my vehicle home. The Worker had no problem setting up a follow up appointment as she watched me walk out the door all that proves to me was they only care about your money.. I should’ve been able to walk into the office had a eye exam picked out a pair of glasses that were covered by my insurance and handed a pair of eye protection glasses as made my follow up I walked out the door, none of which was received.. obviously, I will not be following up ever! 🤓

I decided to cancel my appointment after my experience with the front desk. She made it clear that she was the only point of contact, which already felt limiting, but what really stood out was her tone and approach. Speaking softly doesn’t make something less condescending, and the interaction came across that way more than once. I was simply trying to get clarification on a form and basic information, but instead felt dismissed and not genuinely helped. It rubbed me the wrong way enough that I chose to go somewhere else for service.

Oh my where do I start. First thing first the male Dr. Bateth is a good doctor he knows what he's doing as he has the experience.Now his daughter can be very rude and doesn't know what she's doing she really does need more schooling. Having no thyroid and green eyes my eyes are very damaged and dry and sensitive that's what He told me. His daughter said there was nothing wrong with my eyes 🫩 and just did the exam then only had 7 frames to pick from that were all kid sizes . I picked out a pair anyway and added the scratch resistant which I was paying out of pocket for . With taxes and everything it was more than what I had on me so they said once I paid they'd order I said ok. They followed up with me a week later asking me if I wanted to go through and pay for them but.... Also told me it was a problem that I was using the mineral eye drops I was told to use . I said wait a minute the lady doctor told me there was nothing wrong with my eyes so who's lying then . I opted not to order them . Over all Dr. Bateth HIMSELF isn't taking new patients so anyone wanting to use his daughters I'd advise you don't. And depending on who answers the phones you do have a lady who's incompetent and sounds really funny when you say Dr. BATETH HIMSELF she referring to all them are doctors .... Well duh 🙄 he himself has way more experience. Please don't waste yourtime as something can get looked over I wouldn't risk something happening because lack of knowledge or lack of care and you wind up going blind..... Have a great day P. S DO Not 🚫 try and call me that would be a form of harassment and from seeing all the complaints about the woman doctor's his daughters is proof right there!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Laurie Bateh conduct my most recent eye exam. From the get go, the staff was very welcoming and friendly! During my exam, Dr. Bateh made sure she took the time to conduct a thorough exam, answering all my questions, and really showed compassion and care despite it being busy! You can tell these people really care. Their glasses selection was great, so many different styles and brands and I got my new pair of glasses in no time!
