The younger male doctor there will NOT care about any issues you bring up and be super dismissive. $95 for less than a 15 min visit and he barley talks. Also sounds like he doesn't want to be there the whole time. Waste of the 15 minutes and the money, go to a real eye care appointment. Don't get ripped off with a false prescription like me.

Always a problem when I visit this location from representative Lotasha, treating me like a unwanted guest, not explaining questions with details when asked, RUDE is a understatement . Last time at this location for me. Thanks
Tosha was wonderful and very helpful with getting my insurance verified all the way to me picking up my lenses. The process was fast and efficient!
I just want to compliment Latosha on her excellent customer service, she was very nice and handled everything with TLC. Thank you so much!
Bad customer service. The lab technician who treated me 5 🌟 stars for him. The girls who process the order (which is something necessary and useful) 3 stars for them, but are the "authorized" for the delivery of the finished work. For the collection of a headache. I've come twice and I still haven't been able to pick up my order because they have a very lousy pick-up service. Maybe if they got paid at the end of the work, the story would be different. This is not to mention that I had to change the appointment previously due to problems with them.
