Horrible horrible horrible Horrible horrible horrible service.. I cannot say it enough… the front desk is slow, rude and not helpful… you cannot see a real Doctor… they only schedule with NPs or PAs… we have never visited the assigned doctor in person! They said she is only accepting phone visits!!!! What kind of clinic is this? Scheduling a visit is painful, everything is horrible… don’t come here! They don’t even let you get an appointment for you old parents without very extensive lengthy legal process! Why would getting a simple dr appointment be so difficult??? Seriously hate this clinic so much…

I tried scheduling an appointment to get my Nexplanon implant removed. The appointment was under OBGYN because.... it's literally an OBGYN matter. I scheduled the appointment and then like a week later, I get a call from the clinic telling me that I had to reschedule since the appointment was under OBGYN and that my matters were more for a normal appointment. I was so confused so I just went along with it since the lady on the phone already sounded so annoyed for some reason. She then tells me the next appointment was TWO MONTHS AWAY FROM WHAT I HAD ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED. I was like okay whatever you know. They kept non-stop calling me about how I needed to confirm whether or not I had insurance when i literally told them the first time that I did. This happened last month. It is now January and my appointment had been rescheduled to January 5th. I get a message and a call from the clinic telling me they CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT??? And now they are telling me to call back to reschedule. I'm NEVER calling this place back, super unprofessional with their scheduling. What bugged me the most is the AMOUNT of times they called me.
I liked this clinic for the vision. Had a good experience from check in to the Optometrist Venessa Chung. Her staff was pleasant and helpful in helping me choose my eyeglass frames. Venessa was very great with info and eye tests. 5 star for Vision Department!!!!Now for scheduling mental health services not so good. Can only give 2 star. From scheduling the appointment, to the day before my scheduled appointment was a nightmare!. I told the person scheduling I had no preference in gender just needed the soonest available appt. She helped me sched mine first then afterwards my spouse. He got a sooner appt then I. Also 2 days before this appt I got a text reminder & receptionist called as well to remind of it. Again the next day another text reminder of this appt. Hours later, while my spouse was in his appt they called me to tell me my appt had to be cancelled bc therapist can't see people from same family! I was very upset. The person scheduling should have informed that info. Not professional at all... it should have never took that many calls or text reminders before that was communicated. Add insult to injury... they sched me without my consent for someone else I found out when I went into the app...again not professional at all. Horrible experience...don't have a problem using for vision but that will be it.
I’ve had poor experiences here which is unfortunate. My first visit seemed pretty okay at first, but then my provider began to ignore my needs and messages that I sent for follow ups. I felt rushed and not listened to. I was referred to a mental health nurse who never once listened or asked about my life and or how it led me here with her. She only asked me brief questions about my one concern and prescribed me medications that gave me a ton of side effects. Then changed my medication again without giving me a chance to speak about my concerns. I felt like she only cared about prescribing me medication. My message to her also got ignored when I expressed my concerns and asked for specific testing. Also, my first visit with her, I was told would be in person but when I got to the office they made me meet her via video call. It wasted my time and gas driving there when I could’ve done a video call from home. Another bad experience I had was that the front desk made an appointment for me on Labor Day. I didn’t know it was Labor Day and the office was closed. So I drove all the way there and wasted my gas/time. I tried to make a new appointment and they told me that the provider will contact me about availability. They never did. Then someone from the office called me while I was doing my clinical rotations so I couldnt pick up. They decided it was a good idea to call my mother to tell her they are trying to reach me to make a doc appt. Since when was it policy to call my emergency contact to make an appointment?? I’m not a minor and it wasn’t an emergency. Also, I never got to make an appointment because every time I called they had no openings so I gave up. This place made me feel like they did not care about me or my concerns and only cared about shoving meds down my throat.
The staff here is rude. I'm a black women who is currently pregnant and have been dismissed and ignored by the front staff. I have had two issues in scheduling appointments and both times the staff behaved as if I was lying about my situation. They try to scheduling my appointments months in advance without checking dates and times with me to see if they will work. They expect that everyone they see is poor and treat them as such, like they have no options. Unfortunately, my insurance comes as an extension of the county of Santa Clara and though my insurance says valley health plan, I continue to be scheduled at this clinic. I had a test done here two weeks ago and I sent a message regarding results that was never responded to. Their app says to wait three business days for a response and it's been 12 days with no response. When I arrived at my last appointment, I could hear them outside my room asking if they had given me the test last time and no one seemed to know. It's scary to think these are medical professionals.
