Changed over to beach eye care and have been ok with service until I went by to have my frames adjusted and tighten. I checked in nobody waiting for optical at all. I’m the only one there. 2 girls processing glasses ( found out later one was training ) they finished the first set and moved over into the next and left me sitting there. I got up told the girl at the front I was leaving she said oh you have to go? I said no but why should I wait when I’m the only one sitting here and they have no customer they are taking care of. Processing eyeglasses could have waited 5 minutes for them to adjust my frames and tighten them. I spent WAY too much money to not have my glasses taken priority over processing glasses. It’s hard to sit there and and feel like you are being ignored because real human takes a back seat over glasses. Not happy at all with Redmill location
