We have had nothing but positive experiences with our Walmart optical department! Everyone is always welcoming and eager to help. Heather is amazing and knowledgeable and GREAT at helping us pick frames that suit us! With five people in glasses it’s reassuring to know we have the BEST folks to turn to with our needs!! This is my jam! This is year 3 for me. I get my eye exam, contacts and glasses here. I’ve been choosing from their sunglass wall and just putting my prescription in the frames I like and have loved how convenient and affordable my options have been here. “Ballin on a budget” as they say, haha. Also, Restie is my favorite. He always takes care of me.
I had a wonderful professional experience with Heather . The service she gives goes above and beyond for her customers . She is so friendly and takes her time with you . She is a valuable employee and I look for her every time my family comes in .
Our family has been going to Wal Mart for over 5 years. The entire staff has been friendly and attentive. They are well-versed in the eyeglass options and pricing which helps when specializing your lenses. The prices are reasonable and there are a variety of frames suitable for all ages. Whenever I needed my frame arms/temples tightened (mine get loose cause I put lots of wear & tear on mine) it takes minutes to get it done. I highly recommend this Wal Mart Vision Center.
