They were very accommodating scheduling my appointment. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Boutet is knowledgeable and explains everything in terms that I can understand. Since I live far from the practice, they offered to ship my glasses and just stop by when I was in the area for any adjustments. Highly recommended!

I recently had an issue that required an emergency visit. The staff at Beacon Eye Care welcomed me in a timely fashion following my call. Dr. Janet Whelan conducted a thorough examination of the involved eye. She also consulted with Dr. Boutet. Dr. Whelan recognized the need to reach out to my primary care physician. Within 15 minutes of leaving the office, a fax was sent profiling my condition and recommendations for next steps. As a decades long patient of Dr. Whelan, I deeply appreciate her high level of professionalism, depth of knowledge regarding my condition and personalized service including a follow-up call.
