Family Eye Care in Saco ME earns 5 stars! They are very professional with Excellent care. Communication with Dr. Kandra and Kelsey is very easy which is a true bonus these days. I have never had to wait and wait on the phone; it is always a pleasure to reach Kelsey. It is also very easy to drop in when my glasses need an adjustment. I highly recommend Family Eye Care.

This family practice displays top notch treatment. Both the optometrist and the optician were professional and helpful. I was given a complete exam and all my questions were answered appropriately. I would highly recommend this practice. Very satisfied with my treatment in a friendly and helpful atmosphere 😀
I enjoyed this eye doctor for a few years, the front desk gentleman was always rude, but nothing else so i just kept on. last year i went for a routine visit, had them run my insurance like always (important to note my insurance did NOT change in the years i was there) and suddenly i ‘did not’ have vision coverage and then they charged me full price for my exam and at the end, with no means to reimburse, i get told pathetically ‘actually you do have insurance’. I never got a refund and have now switched to a better practice with people that can do there jobs correctly and treats patients kindly! funny how one rude receptionist can change your mind quick!
I was quickly seen by Dr Juliann Kendra for some eye concerns. Dr Kendra was both empathetic and thorough in her examination. Also, Kelsey Early was extremely personal and helpful when I called to get an appointment. She called me back immediately letting me know of a cancellation that day, affording me an extremely quick and needed appointment.
