The receptionest was a real jerk, she was so anoying I almost just left. Hope and expect she will be gone by my next appointment

From the moment I walked in, until I left, I felt listened to and understood. What felt like a complicated situation to me was easy for them. It was my first time with them and in my first visit they figured out what my last doctor couldn't in over a year. I am so grateful to the team and in particular Dr. Arsenault. Makes me want to sing, "I can see clearly now." Thank you!
We had a wonderful experience at Maine Optometry. My daughter needed glasses and Maine Optometry and her school work out an amazing deal for us. I highly recommend them.
My husband and I had our first appointments yesterday. Extremely disappointed that this office does not accept my BCBS FEDVIP Vision Care aka Davis. We also have United Healthcare Medicare Advantage PPO and was told you don't bill Medicare for our frames. I got your name from our insurance that you were in network clearly you are not. Although the staff was very nice and the Dr and exam very thorough your prices on frames, lenses, and upgrades like transition and progressive lenses, anti scratch and anti-glare are unrealistic to us. Why would we pay $800+ for a complete pair when we can go to Lenscrafters, Target, Walmart etc who accepts our insurance. We pay big monthly premiums to our insurance and can't use it here. We were both charged $25 each and was not told why? I don't understand and should have questioned it. All I can say is I'm very upset. Kuddos to the tech who did all the pre-exam tests she was amazing!!!
Great office for adults and kids. Wish I had remembers the name of the woman helping us pick my 8 year olds glasses. She guided us through a painless process that was efficient, made sense and very helpful - it can be hard narrowing down all the choices!
