My appointment was with Dr. Diem Herscovici. Unfortunately, the interaction felt uncomfortable — the doctor came across as quite distant and not very communicative. The prescription I received was quite different from what I’ve been given by other doctors in the past, which made me feel less confident. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated.
We been for Vision test for my younger kid. Test was extensive and doc spent good amount of time for examining eyes. Folks in reception are very friendly and always pleasant in answering questions. As they couldn't complete test in 1st visit wevisited again with in a week. Overall they took care of my kid with care. I recommend this place for kids vision test.
Never had anything but GREAT experiences here! The clinical staff are awesome, and the front desk admins are the best! Special shoutout to Teddy for taking the time to finally get my glasses adjusted properly! So grateful for you :)
I got a referral from the school district nurse for my kid to check his eyes with an ophthalmologist. Had an appointment with Dr. Derrick Choe, had a wonderful experience. The staff and nurse were friendly and professional. My kid got his glasses here.
This location is awesome. Specifically the manage Sarah, she is so amazing! She upkeeps exceptional service standards, on one occasion my contact lenses that I ordered to home got stolen in transit so she replaced them for me free or cost. Another time more recently my frames got damaged and they were within warranty.. however the frames were discontinued by the original manufacturer she went out of the way to find me a new pair of frames from another outlet. Sarah is a super star.. and that's an understatement, her exceptional service makes me keep wanting to get my glasses done here every year and recommend others as well to go to this location.
