Optometrist Inside Target Optical

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Kim during our vision exams for myself and my three boys. Dr. Kim was professional, patient, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. We also greatly appreciate Ed for his outstanding customer service. He gave clear and detailed explanations about the lenses, helped us choose glasses that suited each of us well, and thoroughly went through our insurance coverage, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for the wonderful service and care!

Ed spoke very fast, and when I had trouble understanding him because of the language barrier, he seemed impatient and not very willing to help. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. If you are not fully fluent in English, this location may not be a good choice because the staff did not seem very patient with non-native speakers.

This was a very nice experience. Great eye doctor who was very nice and explained everything. Helped me choose lenses and adjust glasses. The front desk staff is also very nice, I even got a 50% off my second pair of glasses!

The store/seller is dishonest, focused solely on profit, and shows no regard for customers’ interests. I came over with a glasses with good lens, asked for a new pair of lens with one additional feature. The put the order, I paid money. The seller removed previous lens which worked very good and tools the frame for the new lens. After one month when I picked up the lens, they told me they don’t have lens with this new feature, they created a new pair of lens exactly the same as my previous lens. What the reason they put that order then? The don’t have what I asked , and the know that. But they put the order without letting me know until I picked the glasses with the same lens I already had one month ago. They earned money and customer got nothing. Say away from this store!! They don’t care what customer needs or gets.

Julie at the at the front desk greeted me right away. She went above and beyond. Even though I didn’t see anything that I liked, she still offered to do more looking online for me. My appointment with Dr. Tran went smoothly and was very quick and efficient. Thank you to the team at the Redmond Target optical!
