First time to see Dr. Jackson. His office is clean, comfortable and staff was welcoming & friendly. The exam was thorough and I didn’t feel rushed and Dr. Jackson was on time. While I was there, he attended to 2 other clients and yet I was in & out within an hour. I didn’t have to ask for my prescriptions, they already had them printed out for me. They showed me how to order contacts online easily. Very personable & attentive! He understood my concerns regarding the cost of glasses & contacts for the family. I also watched him teach a young person how to put in contacts - he was calm & encouraging. I appreciated the traditional experience (not a big office hurry & wait and see mostly techs). I will be back.

As an academic and researcher I found this office and entire staff to be the most professional, caring, committed and knowledgeable Optometry clinic I have ever experienced! It is independent not run by some corporation with time limits and sale interests. Highly recommended with no reservations.

Dr Jackson is a great optometrist. He truly cares about his patients. I had a serious eye infection in my right eye and Dr Jackson was able to save my eye! I will never forget how much he cared for my health and well being! He is amazing!

Dr. Jackson was phenomenal with my boys. He detected my 7 year old had a color deficiency which explains alot. He spent the time to explain everything to the kids and myself. My boys felt relaxed and at ease with him. I would recommend him many times over to anyone!!
