I had an amazing experience at Belvedere Eye Center! I especially want to recognize Deona, who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to get an appointment for her glasses. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. She made the entire process feel effortless, and her professionalism and warm personality truly stood out. I also want to give a special thank you to the young lady with the beautiful dreadlocks who took my daughter’s eye images. She was so friendly, gentle, and patient, making my daughter feel completely comfortable throughout the exam. Her kindness and warm personality made the experience so much easier for us. It’s wonderful to see a team that provides such outstanding customer service while making patients feel welcomed and cared for. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The front desk receptionist checked me in quickly and without any issues. TaKheria, the technician, was amazing, and Sandy, who checked me out, was just as wonderful. The entire team provided excellent customer service. I also loved the Dr. Peggy she was so kind, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and new RX. I’ve definitely found my new place for eye care, and I look forward to coming back!

This place was absolutely amazing! They took their time with my child and made sure we both felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. My visit at Belvedere Eye Center was excellent as always!! I've been going to Dr. Sinkoe for years! She and her daughter are the best!! Her staff was very pleasant and friendly from start to finish. They have a great selection of frames to choose from. Chantal helped me select the best options for my lenses. I really appreciate the great service!
