So well attended to at my yearly eye exam. I am grateful for this practice that is still owned by a doctor who lives in the community and values his patients. In for an annual check up today, and as always was a wonderful experience. Dr Brillante and his team are professional and very welcoming. Was seen right at my appointment time and out the door in about 30 minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Went in for a contact lens fitting and it’s the best I’ve ever had. The entire staff is great. I wear multifocal lenses so sometimes it’s hard to balance my near and far vision. But the lenses I left with work for me perfectly. I will definitely be a return customer.
I was looking for a more personal experience after having visited eye clinics where I was herded about and forgotten. Decatur Eye Care did not disappoint. The office was bright and spacious. I was greeted by the cheerful and personable Yvette, who checked me in, explained the procedures and charges and completed the preliminaries. Dr. Brilliante followed and was equally personable, explaining all that was being done, the results of my testing and his recommendations. I was in and out within an hour.
It was my first visit to Decatur Eye Care. Dr Brillante and Rob were very informative and super helpful in explaining the changes occurring in my eyes. They took the time to get to know me and my concerns instead of moving me along for the next appointment. Their consideration and care was very much appreciated.
