Very thorough in the eye exam process. I was treated as a individual with real concerns. The staff to the doctors made me very comfortable and was happy so see me, as though I was family. Took time to speak with me about the course of action and why. Thank you
Awesome Staff from the beginning to the end. Never ever had such an amazing eye exam experience before after wearing glasses for 15 years. They are wonderful and worth the cost because of the quality of their services PERIOD!
I wanted to give this office of wonderful black women a chance. I saw it was a black owned business online. I appreciate what seemed to be up to date technology. But upon entry I was not greeted and never saw a smile until dr. Hart-Moreland came in to the room. The doctor was cool at first but seemed to be offended when I wanted my eye distance measured. I was told I can only get my eyes measured with the frame in hand and that if they did measure it would be inaccurate. Not sure how that matters. I felt they were pressuring me to buy one of their frames instead of the variety I can find online. Thus, I never got my eye distance measured.
I was very impressed with the staff professionalism. I was called at my appointment time ,assessments were completed professionally and I had a great experience. Also the office is very nice and Clean.
I had the MOST amazing experience. Dr Donald is bully and full of life . She's very informative , professional and very knowledgeable when come to eye care. The staff of young ladies are amazing . Thank you for a wonderful welcome.
