I saw Dr.Mckean in dermatology and she was amazing. I was called back right on time and the nurse was very personable. Dr.Mckean was bubbly, informative, gentle and kind. I felt comfortable and well taken care of.
I go to Summit every 30 days for my health The front staff is always very pleasant. My team of doctors and nurses are always great. They listen if I have any questions or concerns. The reviews that gave Summit Specialty one star ratings were on the wrong page. They had colds and fevers, has nothing to do the the Specialty Clinic or it's staff.
I saw the Ophthalmologist Dr. Franzone.. Fantastic experience all the way around. Margaret the Tech was funny , kind and patient . Very thorough with my exam. The Doctor came in and was very professional and knowledgeable. I learned so much about my diagnosis. I was very anxious and worried before the appointment. But once it started, I felt great. I’m grateful and relieved. Wonderful new clinic.
Here for a CT scan. Receptionist was so rude. Hardly said more than 5 words to me. Now I’m sitting here in the waiting room watching her at least attempt to be polite to other patients. What did do to her to her? I was pleasant and polite. Not cool man.
I went in today to urgent care to get some relief from Covid issues that’s been going on for 2 weeks now. Everyone I came into contact with were great! From the PA assistant, to the PA, and Eric, who came and got me for my chest X-ray were very friendly and did great! Receptionist was wonderful as well! Thank you all so much for making a scary visit so much more comfortable than I had planned! You all rock and kudos to you all for working over holiday weekend. Thank you!
