I had an amazing experience at Central Oregon Eyecare. Dr. Oulman was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything during my appointment. I really appreciated how thorough and caring he was. I also want to recognize Hailye at the front desk—she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Switching eye care providers can be a little nerve-wracking, but Chloe and Dr. Brian made the transition effortless. Chloe was friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease right away. Dr. Brian was professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The entire team is welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely fun to work with. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel blurry, Central Oregon Eyecare is a clear vision of how it should be done. After just one visit, I can already see that I've found my forever home for vision care. Five stars!

My experience here was great from start to finish. They were able to get me in super quickly. The doctor was personable and knowledgeable, I have a slightly complicated eye history and he was well versed with it all. He even suggested that some of my symptoms may be due to an underlying immune disorder, which is something that I only recently started suspected myself of at the age of 43. And the glasses technician was kind of fabulous. He gave excellent advice about glasses and was very patient. I’m so glad I found this group, highly recommend!

I had a quick onset of extreme eye pain in my right eye. I knew something was serious and stopped by to see if I could get an appointment. They got me in immediately squeezing me in their busy schedule and after a thorough exam and all my questions and concerns answered and put at ease. It was an emergency and I had damaged my eye in a freak accident. Dr. Brian Oulman, OD got me right in to be seen and treated. Dr Oulman’s steady demeanour and precision skill set, performed a procedure where a very painful situation got anttention immediately for relief and guided healing.
