Bentonville Eye Care

This morning I called to try and get an appointment for something unusual that started lthe day prior. The person that answered the phone was so friendly and empathetic. She secured an appointment that same morning. I was so thankful as I have a business trip in two days. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and not long after, I was taken back to have my eys scanned and examined. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The doctor was awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly. I left with confidence that I wouldn't have any issues during business trip. I'm looking forward to seeing this office team during my next appointment. Thanks to everyone at Bentonville Eye Care!

we LOVE Bentonville Eye Care! they’re so lovely and great at what they do. every doc we’ve seen over the years has taken wonderful care of us, and the staff is tremendous for literally every step of the way (scheduling to exams to contacts and glasses). they’re thorough and so good with our kiddos, too. they consistently go above and beyond for us - i’ve never had an eye clinic work to see what all my insurance covers and to help me get the most out of my benefits….except they do! always happy to go the extra mile for their patients. special shoutout to today’s heroes: Bethany, Katherine, Jennifer, & Dr Murphy. we so appreciate you all!!

Today I had an appointment the staff and everyone is always so welcoming. Front desk was so friendly and helpful I was able to get another appointment for my contacts prescription and let me tell you that lady that was helping me was so helpful and nice. I forgot her name but she was there at front desk around 2pm Tuesday July 14 sitting in the left side as soon as you walk in doors. We talked about our boys being in soccer 🥰 she made my day by giving me a try of what my contacts would look like when I get them. This is my favorite eye clinic and I have absolutely referred many friends it. Thank you all so much at the Bentonville Eye Care 🫶🏻

I’ve been seeing Jeff Coats at Bentonville Eye Care for several years now, and every single visit has been an exceptional experience. I only see him once a year, yet each appointment feels personal, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He remembers minor details about me, including my previous diagnoses, which speaks volumes about the level of care and attention he gives his patients. Dr. Coats always takes the time to clearly explain my eye health and any changes, especially in the context of my diabetes. He never rushes the visit and makes sure I fully understand what’s going on, which is incredibly reassuring. What really sets him apart is his thoughtfulness, extending beyond the exam room. He personally walks me to the front office and even takes the time to chat with my family. That kind of care is rare. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to expand the sunglasses collection, as the styles can sometimes feel repetitive and limited in variety. That said, it’s a minor note in an otherwise outstanding experience. Dr. Coats is genuinely one of the best eye doctors around, and I’m grateful to be under his care. Highly recommended.

They were on time, courteous, and professional. The exam was thorough and the doctor was very informative and spent a good amount of time explaining things and making sure I understood everything. There was a great selection of frames and they offer some very good quality lenses. I would definitely recommend them for your eye care needs.
