I started coming here for my prenatal care and the team here are amazing. I love it so much I switched my primary care after the baby and my Doctor is my favorite Dr. Carolyn Pierce and her team! They care and even when she is not here the other providers are also Amazing!
Brought my ex husband to see Madison. She was phenomenal!!! Very attentive, listens and compassionate. Absolutely love Madison!!
Brenda who answered the phone was very nice about a refill that had run out. Put in an urgent script and was nice to speak to. Sometimes you don't get treated like that until 5th call at a lot of these clinics. But they have really stepped up at Blackstone to deal with people over the phone. Not saying it always works out fast but when people are nice and trying it makes it all the easier.

Finding a professional and reliable environment (clinic) to be able to be seen and get an update on my health I would recommend Blackstone Valley Community to anyone. OEC lead J.Uribe Followed up with me to help me set up a primary care doctor. Which led me to getting my first physical in 10 years. I was also able to schedule a dentist appointment and get some blood work done. The staff at the front desk were efficient and reasonably fast. Once inside the nurse was kind and gentle and set me right up for Doctor D. Sam at the express clinic. He was very informative and generous with his advise on how to better my health. Finally my PCP Doctor P.Fortes she was amazing very knowledgeable and caring already has a plan to get me on the right track for physical and mental health.
