What a great place for exceptional care. I have been seeing Dr. Benjamin Klibanoff for several years now. He is very aware of different eye conditions, including those that impact children. They do such a thorough job of evaluating, including pressure, pupil, and vision ability checks. My eyes are my most sacred sense and am very happy to know they are well cared for. The girls at the front are kind professionals that take good care of each person as an individual. Their eye glass choices are super nice. You are tended to with 1:1 help, and there is zero pressure to buy. So very helpful and each tried on pair is cleaned and sanitized for the next patient. There is no other Dr I want to see and am Very happy to have Dr. Benjamin Klibanoff! Tell him, #RockFromRI sent you for an extra smile!

Dr. Mona is the absolute best. You can tell that she takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about helping others. She always makes sure to address every concern I may have before I leave the room. In my personal experience, the staff is always on top of everything and so kind. Not only in person, but also over the phone. Overall, it's a 10/10 (or should I say 20/20) experience every time I come in for my annual eye exam!

This is most unprofessional establishment I haver ever been too not only are they rude but extremely unprofessional , I have worked with numerous of different eye doctors in the past 11 years with 0 issues Great customer service extremely attentive for patients needs but this office is a complete joke not only have I been waiting for a whole month for new prescription glasses , I called gladly the receptionist was actual nice I was told my glasses where still not in wish is crazy too me I have never waited for more than a week for new glasses , she kindly asked if I wanted to get my new scrip over text I told her yes when I received the imagine from the scrip that’s when I really knew I just came to the wrong place I have extremely bad eye sight it continues to get worse but somehow my eye sight went lower ?! Do not waist your money or insurance coming here I promise you it will be your worst experience not only from professional but also the wait times are extremely high wish again not something I’m used too I have always been in an out within 1 hour max but somehow a 10:10am appointment became a 2 hour appointment for them to do a quick visit with non questions asked staff doesn’t even communicate they all sit have disgusting faces and actitudes. If you are a person that gets transition glasses Do not get that at this locations is a ripoff every other eye doctor only charges $25 while this establishment charges $125!! Crazy work . They need to do batter at this place I would not be returning .!!

I forgot to ask her name, but the blonde who helped me pick out my first pair of glasses and then also picked out a replacement without me being there is awesome! I really appreciated her help. Also I like the replacement pair more than the first pair! Overall my experience at Klibanoff has been great. Thanks!

Picked up contacts today . Emmy at the front desk always provide professional and welcoming customer service . Been coming here for years and never had a complaint!
