🌻🌻I’ve been coming here for six years, and this was actually the very first place I ever went to get glasses. After all this time, it truly feels like family. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, patient, and helpful, and the service has consistently been great. I especially have to recognize the eyeglass coordinators because they are AMAZING!🥰🥰🥰 They really know how to help you find glasses that fit your face and your style, and they take the time to help customize things based on what you want or need. You never feel rushed, and they genuinely want you to leave happy with your glasses. Six years later, I’m still coming back, and that says a lot. Great people, great service, and an overall wonderful experience every time!🤓☀️

I have been taking my five kids here for years . Unfortunately the insurance that they now have they do not accept. I find myself now looking for a new provider and was led to leave a positive review for Dr. Sieboldt and staff. They are amazing from exam to eye glass pick up. They are friendly patient and efficient. Thank you all for the years of care hopefully in the future we will be back.

The Bloomingdale location is not only equipped to cut prescription lenses on-site but also offers an impressive selection of brand-name and stylish frames to suit every taste. What’s even more impressive is, they added my new prescription from my eye exam with Dr. Siedoldt to the smart glasses I sell in our online store (Chauvintique) with no problem. Beyond the exceptional care, what truly sets this practice apart is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by a family of professionals who glorify God in their service. My husband and I have finally found our eye care home, and we couldn’t be more grateful! Dr. Seibold is an outstanding doctor. I have taken my daughter the last 3 years. He is funny, patient, and kind. Highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.

I called this office a few minutes ago as a new patient looking to get established with an optometrist because this office is listed as one that my insurance takes UNDER VISION and the woman that answered the phone was very nasty and told me i was giving her the wrong insurance information because bcbs can only be health insurance. I could have given her even more information had she not cut me off every time i tried to speak. Bad first impression. I’ll continue looking.
