I took my daughter to be fitted for contact lenses, Dr. Gres and Savannah assisted us. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient throughout the entire appointment. They made my daughter feel comfortable and confident. We truly appreciate their care and professionalism.

This has been my eye Dr for approximately 10 yrs- maybe longer. But my last 2 times have been very unpleasant. The rude girl Ari up at the front desk along with the extremely rude little girl that sits beside her (see photo) who wouldn’t give her name , I will be changing and taking my business elsewhere. The nerve these 2 have in treating people and talking to people the way they do is disgustingly disrespectful. Their parents would most certainly be ashamed. The people running this place should be embarrassed to have them both as employees. I watched them also talk extremely rude to a couple of elderly folks while I was wagon my turn for the rudeness. I’m sad Grandmother and 2 folks in front of me were definitely Great Grandparents age. How sad. I truly hope Optical Outlets @Brandon Town Center does something about this, otherwise expect more bad reviews. I would have given zero stars but I needed to be heard by this review.

If I could give Zero Stars I would, went into this establishment to get my glasses tightened. My glasses have screws and silicone plugs over them. The old Spanish woman that “helped” me lost the plugs exposing the screws so now the glasses scratch my face; I have to get replacement plugs from Versace now out of pocket. What makes the situation worse is the bad attitude and the staff trying to lie and say I did not come in with plugs on the screws, they didn’t realize I took a photo before entering the store. Overall very unpleasant staff and environment.

This location by far has the best employees! They are all very helpful and nice. They attended me fast. If you are wondering how to get there you can park by books a million walk in books a million go straight to the inside of the mall go left and u will see them on the left hand side after the little photo sitting area that is also on the left. Easiest way. I will definitely be coming back to this location and send anyone that needs glasses to this location. Thank u ladies and gentlemen’s for all you hard work!😘😘😘

Visited yesterday, March 9, 2026, with my mom for her routine annual checkup and to select glasses. During the frame selection process, we were greeted and assisted by Salome, who was wonderful! She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind throughout the entire experience. Salome paid close attention to every detail and took the time to help find the right frame size for my mom’s petite face. Her attentiveness and care made the process smooth and enjoyable. She treats you as more than just another patient—she has a sincere ability to make you feel like an individual, and it’s clear that for her, the work goes beyond simply completing a job. We are very thankful for all her help! Optical Outlets in Brandon Mall is lucky to have her!
