Went to Bright Eyes for annual check up. Day before the appointment the lady had all my new insurance squared away, spot on, very professional, as was the eyeglass lady, very helpful. The Eye Tech was also great and Dr was TOPS!! Her exam was very thorough. I glad I went to them and recommend them confidently. Jim A
Was very nice to meet Lisa and Dr. Rao. The reception was very welcoming and Yaryra was very pleasant and professional. It is hard to change doctors, but D Rao was very professional and it was a pleasant experience. I appreciated the information I was given and looking forward to staying healthy another year. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Bright Eyes Milford! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized, which immediately put me at ease. The team took their time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The level of attention, kindness, and expertise was outstanding. I highly recommend Bright Eyes Milford to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
Dr. Rao is exceptional. Her expertise in eye care is evident, and when it comes to contact lenses, especially scleral lens fittings, she is second to none. She takes the time to ensure the best fit, comfort, and results for her patients. I highly recommend Bright Eyes and Dr. Rao!
First time, new patient. Office staff and doctors are really friendly and nice. Place is very clean. But communication sucks. Needs improving. Was suppose to have follow up visit for child’s glasses; never received phone call, email or text. Same for fixing glasses.
