I've had three exceptional experiences at this Pearl Vision Center location and I will be sure to visit again for my next exam or new pair of frames. I especially want to point out how amazing Anita is. She helped me with a replacement frame order over the phone, saving me the time to go in person, and took care of it in record time. What a pro at her job, and very helpful as well.

Had a great experience from the doctor I saw, Dr. Eng to the help I got on the floor picking out glasses. The woman up front were lovely, so helpful and I did not feel rushed at any time. Highly recommend.

I needed my favorite Burberry glasses repaired on a Saturday and Ted and Rachael were outstanding and professional at repairing them in 30 minutes! I also purchased another pair of Ray Bans glasses on the spot that were exactly what I needed for driving. Also in 30 minutes while I waited. I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision. As soon as I walked in they approached and offered help or time. At first I took the time so I could look around and see what the selection looked like. But when it became evident that I was struggling to pick out some frames, they stepped in and helped. Not one but two associates. They offered me excellent advice and wonderful suggestions. Their selection was vast enough to satisfy any discerning client. I could not recommend this place any more emphatically. They were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They took time to explain things and offered suggestions on how to get the most out of my new prescription and my beautiful new frames. My order was ready within days and when I went to pick it up, it was another terrific experience. The kind of personal attention I received at Pearle vision is something I have not experienced much of in the last handful of years, so it was a lovely surprise. What’s even better is that I went to a place that I frequented for my previous vision needs and I was treated so dismissively there that I took my business elsewhere. Had I not had that negative experience to begin with I never would’ve found this gem of a place. If you’re ever in need of vision care or new glasses, I recommend checking them out. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. And the compliments I’ve received since getting my new frames, only reinforced my decision to go here.
