⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Review of Paul M’s Review Paul entered the ER with hip pain and was shocked—absolutely stunned—that the clinician wrote down **hip pain** as the presenting diagnosis. Apparently, when asked what hurt, Paul expected the staff to ignore his answer, wheel in every imaging machine in the building, and begin a full-body archaeological survey. No X-ray. No MRI. No CT scan. Not even a ceremonial ultrasound for morale. Just questions, answers, and what Paul dismissively calls a “medical examination,” as though history-taking is merely the warm-up act before the hospital activates the giant glowing scanner. To be fair, not every painful hip requires three different imaging studies. Emergency clinicians usually decide whether testing is necessary based on symptoms, examination findings, injury history, and warning signs. But Paul appears to prefer the comprehensive package: radiation, magnets, contrast dye, and perhaps a commemorative photo of the hip. Then the review changes genres completely. A bloodied patient was wheeled past under police supervision, possibly restrained, and the building allegedly “smelled like death.” Suddenly, Paul’s disappointing hip evaluation becomes the opening scene of a supernatural crime thriller. The phrase **“an eerie feeling of misconduct engulfs this clinic”** is especially magnificent. Not a specific act of misconduct. Not a documented error. Just an ominous atmosphere drifting through the hallways like medical fog. **Final rating: 4/5—limited clinical evidence, unlimited dramatic tension, and a masterful transformation of an ER visit into an episode of *Law & Order: Haunted Orthopedics Unit*.**

Overall I've had good service from my practitioner. I mainly go to the pain management clinic. Megan is great! Very professional and easy to talk to. A few years ago, I had physical therapy there with I think it was Chris, not real sure but he was easy to work with. The only thing that I really don't like is how far it is. Now, I have mobility issues and know I wouldn't be able to walk all that way, so I choose to go elsewhere. Another issue I had was with one of the doctors at the Cityville clinic. He kept on insisting that I was faking my breathing problems, because he didn't understand what I was trying to say. They put me in a room, and I waited for 2 hours, all while having a difficult time breathing and on top of that, I started to have a panic attack. I had to call my boyfriend that was waiting outside in the car to bring me a rescue inhaler and my anxiety medication. After I calmed down a bit, I told the nurse I was leaving. I even think the doctor claimed I was only there at the clinic to get meds. He claimed I was showing signs of med seeking behavior. Uh-huh, I call BS, NEVER! I HAVE NEVER sought out medication from an Urgent Care Clinic or an ER because of a habit. All I know is, I think that was the last time I went to that clinic. Also, the Dental Clinic - Who has the time to sit at the dentist for a "wish you the best of luck-cattle call" to see if you make it on the magical list to be seen that morning/day? Absolutely ridiculous! Come on- can't you do better than that? But as I started out with for the most part, I've had good experiences.

Took my father to urgent care. Dusty, at the front desk was amazing. She provided outstanding, fast and courteous service. She got my father registered and into urgent care within 3 minutes. I cannot say enough how amazing she is. Once at urgent care we waited less then 5 minutes and the nurse, Ellie, was very knowledgeable, and friendly. She was respectful to my father and to myself. I recommend asking to see her next time you come here. The facility was spotless and meticulously maintained. The waiting area and treatment room were clean and sanitized. Overall, the staff, Dusty and Ellie, and the facility were absolutely amazing. Kudos to Dusty and nurse Ellie, They were both very helpful and respectful.

I wouldn’t send my dog to this hospital. The care I got on the unit was poor at best. I was told they were too busy to answer my call light. They didn’t feed me for almost 24 hrs.. when it was time to leave they wheeled me to pharmacy and told me to walk around the building to leave. White was 16,000 when I left and they sent me home with no antibiotics. They blew out 2 iv’s in my arms. I could go on and I was only there 3 days! Protect yourself ppl. County hospitals do treat you differently. I found out the hard way. Don’t let this happen to your loved one! I went in through ER with kidney stones had CaT scan and it still took 3 days to get a stint. Beware ppl!
