The Glitter Factory DSM is absolutely wonderful. It's not only the most creative space you'll ever step foot in, but has the coolest, most chill vibe in town! My daughter and I first attended a maker event bedazzling books. (Newbies to the craft world, we weren't sure what we were doing. Brittney was an absolute gem, so patient and informative.) Most recently, I rented out the joint for my daughter's 15th birthday party. We created book vases and bedazzled books, ha! When renting the space, you can bring in your own food and drink. We also provided the books our guests would be working on, paired to their favorite colors, home/room decor, personalities. Brittney, the owner, provided everything else. She and her staff that assisted us throughout the night were an absolute delight. They helped us set everything up, answered all of our million and one questions and generally just made the Night an absolute delight. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. If you're looking for a girls' night, something to do with your teen(s) or want the space to yourself, you REALLY need to give The Glitter Factory a go. We will sing their praises for years to come!

A few friends and I went to one of the classes here (stitching Canvas bags) and we had so much fun. The vibes are great, and it was a great way to try out a new craft and art without having all of the upfront costs of the materials. They host some community groups on Mondays that I'm planning on trying out as well. I will definitely be coming back again!

A Des Moines hidden gem, just GO! We had my daughter's birthday party here (she's 12) and it was perfect. Such a chill vibe! The excitement in their eyes when they were showing their parents what they created...! 🩷 And don't sleep on the gift shop! Britney and Katie were both super sweet. So glad we found this place. We will be back!

Brought my Granddaughter to their KPop Demon Hunter themed night. She had a great time. We enjoyed all the different craft stations. This crafting place is more geared for adults but did a great job finding things for the kiddos to do.

We had the absolute best time at the Glitter Factory! We made charm bracelets and bookmarks and just had the most fun. The owner Britney walked us through the whole process and it was such a warm and inviting space. Definitely recommend and will be back! ,
