Im a new patient. And I appreciated the laid back, yet professional feel I got during both of the appointments I've had so far. Office Staff were very attentive and provided excellent customer service in a friendly and efficient manner. I was also very impressed with Dr. Thompson's thorough and proactive approach. During my initial exam there were a couple of concerns identified. And so as a precaution did a two week follow-up to rule out any potential changes indicating any troubling progression. I also appreciated that Dr. Thompson took time to understand the symptoms I was describing, answer my questions, and identify/explain a treatment plan going forward. For me, finding a new provider can provoke a lot of anxiety around not knowing if it will be a good fit and whether or not I feel confident about the provider's knowledge and ability to address and care for my needs. And im relieved to say I believe i made a good choice. And I would have no problem recommending these guys to my friends and family!!
