I love Broadlawns all together. The Cityville clinic is very welcoming and comfortable. It doesn't feel like you're just sitting in a normal doctor office waiting room. It's been spruced up to have a more welcoming feeling. The front desk staff are amazing and personable and the nurses and doctors are understanding, they listen & HEAR you which is very important in my healthcare.

Dr. Kennedy is an exceptional provider who truly stands out for both expertise and compassion. From the very beginning, she made me feel heard and understood, taking the time to listen carefully without ever making me feel rushed. Her patience and thoughtful approach created a sense of comfort and trust that is so important in healthcare. What really impressed me is how knowledgeable and insightful Dr. Kennedy is, while still being incredibly kind and approachable. She explains things clearly, answers questions thoroughly, and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. I’m very grateful to have found a doctor who not only brings such a high level of intelligence and professionalism, but also leads with empathy and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Kennedy to anyone looking for a provider who truly listens and cares.

I was on a fishing trip and just heading through town but hooked myself deeply through my finger to the point where I knew I needed to get it taken out. All three people that I interacted with were so extremely kind and empathetic and helpful! A bonus that they took my insurance LOL

I took my son there when he had his once occurrence with pancreatitis. Then I hurt my back, I don't really care for doctors. But I remembered how that doctor treated my son. So I went myself. The doctor did a great job an found some crazy reasons for my back to be hurting. Now 3 years later I need a doctor for my back it's only getting worse by the day an of course I can't find the doctors name. But like I said I don't really care for doctors but this one made me feel comfortable and managed to explain a lot to me. He was very passionate and seemed to love his job. I shouldve listen to his advice and wrote his name down. I would love to have him as my doctor
