I have a great experience at dsmeye each visit. Dr Koenen is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. The ladies out front are just as impressive - friendly, efficient, and welcoming from the moment I walk in. Each visit is smooth and professional, and I truly feel like they care about my eye health. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

I went to this location to look at frames with my current prescription. After looking I finally decided on a frame. I told the lady I’d like to wait since my work hours have been cut at work and that I’d order them once I had enough money. So I called and left a message recently and told them to call me back and that I would like to order my glasses. Not a single damn phone call back from this place. Very rude! I’ll be going elsewhere! You guys are a disgrace. I work hard for my insurance and my job what do you guys do?

I’ve trusted Dr. Koenen to care for my eyes for the past fourteen years. He has always provided excellent care. He is always on time, he explains exactly what the condition of my eyes is and he patiently answers my questions. His office staff is excellent too, going out of their way to provide outstanding service. I’m very pleased to receive top notch quality eye care.

I can't recommend Dr Koenen enough. I started seeing him last year for dry eye issues. He's very knowledgeable and has all the equipment needed to solve the problem. If you're struggling with aching eyes, go see him and at least get a consultation. Thanks Dr Koenen and team!

Been going to dsm-eye for 2 years. Dr. Koenen is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been to many optometrists in the past and he is by the far the most thorough. They have fit me in the same day before and always work with me to find a good solution for my financial situation.
